How do you verify users?

All users must provide valid ID, verfified payment methods, and in some cases, additional checks before renting or listing items. For beta 1.5 users check our Beta 1.5 terms. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details or access your banking information..

What if I do not feel comfortable renting to someone?

You are never required to approve a rental request. You can decline any renter without penalty

What if I find a suspicious listing or user?

Report it immediately through the app. We take safety seriously and verify all users and listings. For beta 1.5 users check our Beta 1.5 terms.
