About the Role

We’re looking for a designer who can dream big, break the grid, and put the user first (but not in a boring way).

No resume required. No experience needed. If you’ve built beautiful, thoughtful things, we want to see them.

Experience would be nice, but talent? Talent is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile apps

• Collaborate with engineers and product owners to iterate based on user feedback

• Conduct user research and usability testing

• Creating user flows that make people say “ahhh”

About You

• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Expert understanding of user centered design principles

• A design geek with opinions

• Obsessed with UI, UX, and that tiny pixel off

• Ready to push creative boundaries
